Our services start with the providing of each unit with a 13-gallon trash bin. Once these containers are full, residents place them outside of their unit for our valet attendants.
Our service operates 6p.m. to 8p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
Our attendants will use leak-proof satchels to collect all trash. The trash is then dumped in nearby dumpsters or compactors. Following trash disposal, our attendants will clean around the trash disposal area if needed and conclude their visit by sharing an “Express Collections Report” with the property manager.
We are a local group which makes for easy communication and we work to keep our Express Collection reports easy to read with in-depth and organized pdf documents that list all arrival and departure times, with accurate timestamps and GPS data.
